"This was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. Dr Patel spent all the necessary time needed to test, provide feedback, and answer any questions/concerns. Professional and insightful. I received multiple reminders prior to the appointment and also had a chance to complete paperwork in advance. I had no intentions of purchasing glasses today and there was zero pressure to do so. "The eye exam went great and everyone was very nice. The only thing I would recommend is having the check in/out desk at the front of the store not way in the back where you can’t even see it. I didn’t know where to go when I first got there and had to just stand there awkwardly until someone finally asked if I needed help. Overall though the exam itself was great. The Dr. was nice, informative and quick, but not so quick that I felt like I was rushed, very pleased with my visit. I will be returning here for my annual exams."​​​​​​​

"Came in for my yearly appointment and again Dr. Heaps was amazing. Efficient and knowledgeable. Provided me with the best option for prescription glasses (which meant having to get prescription glasses for reading and another pair for distance, which I knew would come eventually - progressives don't work for me) .
